1. General Conditions

By using any service provided through VisaGoVietnam.com, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Use as published on this page and any related pages on the Website.

Service Booking: You may submit an e-visa application, request airport fast track services, or purchase other travel products through our Website, email, or supported communication channels.
Contact Information: You must provide a valid email address and phone number to receive booking confirmations, e-visa documents, and customer support communications.
Consent: You consent to HappyBook Travel using your personal information (within the scope permitted by law) for the purposes of processing your application, facilitating payment, and providing after-sales support.

2. Nature of Services

VisaGoVietnam.com is a commercial visa processing agent. We assist applicants in preparing and submitting e-visa applications to the Vietnam Immigration Department on their behalf. We are not a government body and do not guarantee visa approval. Our service fees are separate from government fees.

Our service fee covers: application review, document verification, form submission, status tracking, and customer support.
Government fees are collected on behalf of the Vietnam Immigration Department and are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on the Vietnam Immigration Department’s workload.

3. Visa Application & Payment

Application Submission

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information as required in the application form, including but not limited to: full name (as shown in passport), nationality, passport number, date of birth, travel dates, and entry/exit ports.

Important: Any errors or inaccuracies in the submitted information may result in visa rejection. HappyBook Travel is not liable for rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the applicant.

Payment

Payment may be made via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), or bank transfer.
All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Prices displayed on the Website are in USD unless otherwise stated.
If there is a price change before your application is processed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed or cancel with a full refund.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before submission: If your application has not yet been submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department, you may request a full refund of both service and government fees.
After submission: Government fees are non-refundable. Service fees may be partially refundable at our discretion, depending on the processing stage.
Visa rejection: If your visa is rejected and the reason is not attributable to errors on your part, we will re-process your application at no additional charge or issue a refund of the service fee (government fee excluded).
Cancellation by us: If we are unable to process your application for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

HappyBook Travel shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

The applicant provides incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
The applicant does not possess valid travel documents (passport, supporting documents).
Visa rejection by the Vietnam Immigration Department for reasons beyond our control.
Technical disruptions caused by third-party systems, payment gateways, or force majeure events.
Delays caused by the Vietnam Immigration Department’s processing timeline.
The applicant fails to check their email for visa approval documents in a timely manner.

In all cases, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the applicant to HappyBook Travel for the specific transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on VisaGoVietnam.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HappyBook Travel and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
You warrant that all information provided to us is true, accurate, and complete.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints regarding our services, please contact us at support@visagovietnam.com with the following information:

Your full name and application reference number.
A detailed description of the complaint.
Any supporting evidence (screenshots, emails, documents).

HappyBook Travel will respond to valid complaints within 30 business days of receipt.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
